About the studio
A studio built on craft, warmth and attention.
PIAS Design was founded by Fatima Farzad and Pavlina Gagnon, two designers who share a belief that a space should feel as good as it looks. Based in Las Vegas and working wherever our clients call home, we design interiors that are warm, sophisticated, and deeply personal.
We are intentionally small. Rather than juggling dozens of projects, we choose a few each year and give them everything: our eye, our time and our full care.

We draw on natural materials, honest textures and a layered palette that softens over time. We favor custom over catalog and meaningful over trendy. Every room should tell a story, and that story should be yours.

Pavlina guides every client from first conversation to final reveal, and shapes the details along the way, sourcing, styling, and custom window treatments among them. She makes sure the process feels as considered as the result: clear, calm and enjoyable.
